from the OJH Collection – “Grapple Strudel” The last volume my father put together. This one is centered on the female wrestling club women who were popular in post WWII Germany. Plus his correspondence with a Dentist (Dr. Walter Zshiegner) who had a group of young women form a wrestling club and he took photos and movies and promoted them up until the mid-1950’s when my father lost contact with him. He was located in East Berlin so the Stassi might not of liked his hobby/extra business, or something. Great female on female wrestling and these ladies really go all out in their matches. Even have some wrestling cartoons drawn by one of these wrestler’s herself! 66 pgs.
